The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch in Effect from 11:00PM EDT/10:00PM CDT This evening through Saturday Afternoon.
What: Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possbble
Where: Portions of Northern Indiana including the following counites: Allen, DeKalb, Eastern St,Joseph, Elkhart, Fulton, LaGrange, Marshall Noble, Northern Kosciusko, Northern LaPorte, Pulaski, Southern Kosciusko, Southern LaPorte, Strake, Steuben, Western St.Joseph and Whitleiy Counties
When: From 11:00PM EDT/10PM CDT this evening through Saturday Afternoon
Impacts: Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone location. Creek and streams may rise out of their banks, Flooding may occur in Poor Drainage and urban Areas.
Additional Details: Whtin the last 3 Days about 2 to 4 inches of rain has been recorded in portions of the watch area. Additional Rain and Thunderstorms through Saturday Morning will worsen any ongoing flooding, About 1 inch of rain is expected
